Facilitating MIT U.Lab: Leading From the Emerging Future

I´m happy to announce that I will be hosting an English speaking U.Lab hub in Hong Kong throughout the international 8-week online course delivers by EdX and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Duration: Sept. 8th to Nov. 10th 2016

About the course:

We live in a time of disruptive change. How to activate our capacity to lean into the emerging future may well be the most important leadership challenge of our time. How do you cultivate curiosity, compassion and courage in the face of prejudice, anger and fear? This course is an introduction to a method called Theory U, developed at MIT, for leading such change in business, government, and civil society contexts worldwide.

Course members follow the online-training in their own pace and come together in a group, the U.Lab Hub, once a week for 2 hours in order to deepen the understanding and practice the methodology with real life change projects.

About me:

I´m a certified facilitator of the Theory U methodology developed by Otto Scharmer (MIT) and a member of the Presencing Institute.
